DESIGNED OBJECT

I especially chose iPhone as a tribute to Steve Jobs' death after our first lesson about Apple products. As usual iPhone is significantly elegant in design staying true to company's tradition. One major reason that i like this mobile phone is that you never feel disappointed once you buy it. From it's looks to it's software properties it is a superior phone comparing to others.

First of all iPhone uses the latest technology and the fastest processing systems and because of it's reliability people do not hesitate to purchase it. The quality issue is a big factor on customers' decisions. Since the debut of iPod's, world met the beauty of simplicity on designs and the easy-to-use wheel that has been standardized after it's success on market. That's why iPhone also made a huge sale from the day it was released; because people now were able to access their music from their iTunes and also communicate with their contacts. iPhone fused so many useful great stuff together, it became inevitable to ignore. Some of those great stuff i mentioned about are: 5 megapixel video/camera, application store, iPod, 3G internet availability, all-touch screen and many more. I myself bought iPhone because i was used to the previous products, so i did not have to think twice about it. The way it is so compatible with other Apple devices is making it so simple to use. The basic underwork behind the handed device is massive so the phone never falls behind the current update and never fails like most of the Apple products.

The touch screen is revolutionary and is brand new, that was not present in most of the mobile phones back when iPhone was first released. This design leaves more space for the screen and that led to fun. By fun i meant the java games that are playable on the big touch screen which is another fact that people like to have one of these. In my opinion iPhone created the concept of game-phone. It made people of all ages love games again since it is so portable and fit in our pockets.

As a conclusion we can say that iPhone is almost excellent since it has a lot of free memory space up to 32 gigabytes which is incredible and unseen in any phone before. You can reach your e-mails and paste about all of your pictures and clips from your computer. But of course i have some complains about few things. One of them is about the touch key pad which sometimes becomes useless, comparing to classic button style ones because you cannot text without seeing the screen. If it was a buttoned one you could have text without looking because the letters are placed in a standard order so you wouldn't have any problem memorizing it. The other bad thing about the screen is, it is not big enough for our fingers to move in. It becomes painful after a while when you're texting a large message and you have to send it fast. You always make mistakes and press other letters since all the letters are three milimetres wide and all the characters are on the same page. This order leads to confusion. I have a simple solution for this problem. One: making the screen larger so that characters will fit in more comfortable and users won't have any problems touching the letters without accidentally touching the unwanted neighbour letters while texting. And two: placing letters in more than one slot; instead spreading them in pages. So again the letters will receive more space in means of width and height. The second major weakness of iPhone is it's battery life which was complained by many other users around the globe. iPhone doesn't last more than one day. You have to recharge it everyday. This has some negative effect on travelers. Once you are out of home, mobile phone is the only device you can communicate with out world, so this device should stay on as long as it is needed. The fact that iPhone runs too many applications within, has a great size of screen to lighten and 24/7 internet connection decreases it's battery life span. Apple should do something about this to improve durability. Other than these two minor problems that could be fixed iPhone is one of the smartest purchases i have ever made that i could think of along side with MacBook Pro which is another Apple wonder.
